- Reservation Booking: The user logs in to the online reservation system provided by WiseIngress and selects their desired date and time for the party room. If the time slot is available, they proceed with the reservation process by providing the necessary details.
- Availability Check: Before confirming the reservation, the platform checks the availability of the party room for the selected date and time. If the time slot is already booked by another user, the platform doesn’t allow the user to double book.
- Confirmation and Access Code: If the time slot is available and user completes reservation process which may involve making a payment, the user receives a confirmation notification, including the details of their reservation and a unique access code or Bluetooth key to access the party room during the reserved time slot.
- Check-in: On the day and time of the reservation, the user arrives at the party room and uses the access code or Bluetooth key provided by the platform to unlock the door. The offline smart lock recognizes the code or key as valid and grants access to the party room.
- Party Room Usage: The user can now enjoy their event in the reserved party room during the designated time slot.
- Attempted Booking Prevention: If another user tries to book the same time slot during an already reserved period, the platform will recognize the unavailability of the time slot and prevent the double booking.
- Check-out: At the end of the reserved time slot, the user leaves the party room, and the offline smart lock automatically locks the door.
- Reporting: The platform also provides reporting and analytics features, allowing building management to track and analyze the usage of the party room
Here is how a user can use our amenity reservation software to book a gym, which can be shared by multiple users at the same time but has a maximum capacity:
- Reservation Booking: The user logs in to the online reservation system, either through the website or the mobile app. They navigate to the gym reservation section and select their desired date and time for their gym session. The platform displays the availability of the gym for the selected time slot, showing the current capacity and the maximum capacity allowed as per the gym’s rules and regulations.
- Capacity Check: Before confirming the reservation, the system checks maximum capacity as a shared amenity. If the gym is already at its maximum capacity, the user cannot book that time slot. Duration of time slots for each amenity has been defined by the administrator and can be 15-mintues, 30-minutes, etc.
- Reservation Confirmation: If the gym has available capacity, the user proceeds with the reservation process by making a payment if necessary.
- Confirmation and Access Code: Once the reservation is confirmed, the user receives a confirmation notification, which includes the details of their reservation, the reserved date and time, and any rules or regulations set by the gym management.
- Check-in: On the day and time of the reservation, the user arrives at the gym and uses the access code or Bluetooth key to gain entry. The offline smart lock recognizes the code or key as valid and grants access to the gym.
- Gym Usage: The user can now access the gym and utilize the facilities during the reserved time slot, while adhering to the gym’s rules and regulations, such as wearing appropriate attire, using equipment properly, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Monitoring and Capacity Management: Throughout the reservation, the platform and the offline smart lock work together to monitor the capacity of the gym, tracking the number of users present at any given time.
- Check-out: At the end of the reserved time slot, the user leaves the gym, and the offline smart lock automatically locks the door.
- Reporting: The platform also provides reporting and analytics features, allowing the administrator to track and analyze the usage of the gym or facility.
Many of our customers use WiseIngress to allow tenants to book an elevator exclusively for moving in or moving out from a building. This is how:
- Reservation Booking: The user logs in to WiseIngress online reservation system, either through the website or our mobile app. They navigate to the elevator reservation section and select their desired date and time for their moving in or moving out activity.
- Elevator Selection: The user selects the elevator(s) that are designated for moving in or moving out purposes. The platform may provide specific elevators for such activities, ensuring that other residents or users are not inconvenienced during the process.
- Reservation Confirmation: The user proceeds with the reservation process by making an online payment for the reservation fee and any required deposit, if applicable. The payment can be processed securely through the platform.
- Confirmation and Access Code: Once the reservation fee and deposit, if applicable, are successfully processed, the user receives a confirmation notification, which includes the details of their reservation, the reserved date and time, and any rules or regulations set by the building management. The notification may also include a unique access code or Bluetooth key that will be used to access the reserved elevator during the designated time slot.
- Moving In or Moving Out: On the day of the reservation, the user arrives at the building and uses the access code or Bluetooth key provided by the platform to gain access to the designated elevator. The offline smart lock in the elevator recognizes the code or key as valid and grants exclusive access to the reserved elevator usually using a keybox that holds the physical key for the elevator.
- Elevator Usage: The user can now use the reserved elevator exclusively for their moving in or moving out activity, without interference from other residents or users. They can transport their belongings safely and efficiently, adhering to any rules or regulations set by the building management.
- Attempted Booking Prevention: If another user tries to book the same time slot during an already reserved period, the platform will recognize the unavailability of the time slot and prevent the double booking of elevator. This makes everyone’s life even easier.
- Check-out: At the end of the reserved time slot, the user completes their moving in or moving out activity and leaves the building. The only thing they need to do is to put the physical elevator key back into the keybox.
- Refund of Deposit: If a deposit was collected during the reservation process, the building administrator manually initiates the refund process after verifying that the elevator was used responsibly and no damages or violations occurred during the reservation.
- Reporting: The platform also provides reporting and analytics features, allowing the administrator to track and analyze the usage of the elevator.

The offline smart lock on the meeting room recognizes the PIN code or Bluetooth key as valid and grants access to the reserved meeting room during the designated time slot.
- Meeting Room Usage: The user can now use the reserved meeting room for their scheduled meeting. They can conduct their meeting, utilize the amenities and services provided in the meeting room, and adhere to any rules or regulations set by the building management.
- Double Bookings: WiseIngress prevents double booking of the meeting room.
- Check-out: At the end of the reserved time slot, the user completes their meeting and leaves the meeting room. The offline smart lock in the meeting room automatically locks the door, ending the access granted during the reservation.

Public libraries are at the heart of our communities and we take pride in providing services to them. Here is how this use case works:
- Search and Reservation: The user navigates to the library’s online reservation system, either through the library’s website or WiseIngress mobile app. They search for the desired study rooms or conference rooms, selecting the preferred location, date, and time for their reservation.
- Confirmation: The user receives a confirmation and PIN code or Bluetooth key once their reservation is successfully processed.
- Access and Check-in: On the reserved date and time, the user arrives at the library and uses the PIN code or Bluetooth code to access the reserved study or conference room, through a designated smart lock.
- Check-out: The user simply leaves the room at check-out time. The next patron will user their own PIN code or Bluetooth key to unlock the smart lock and gain access. Reservation policy which user has accepted when booking via WiseIngress platform may have fines or penalties for late check-outs, which can be paid at the library.
- Reporting: The platform also provides reporting and analytics features, allowing the administrator to track and analyze the usage of study rooms or other shared facilities.
