  • The contractor can visit the building during the contract period and send the location ID via the registered phone number to the designated phone number to request an access PIN code.
  • If the contractor’s phone number is authorized, the WiseIngress platform will respond to the SMS by providing access period options.
  • The contractor can reply to the SMS with one of the options. Then, WiseIngress will automatically generate the time-sensitive access PIN code and send it to the contractor.
  • The SMS also includes a web link that allows the contractor to submit a report and attach pictures if necessary.
