Delete Account Procedure

Users of WiseIngress platform and/or mobile app can go through a few simple steps to request their account and any associated data be deleted in accordance with regulations.

  1. Send an email to with subject line ‘Account Deletion’ and include account details such as email address or mobile number used to create it
  2. Our support team may need to contact you to verify the request or get more information
  3. You will receive a confirmation that your account and associated data has been deleted

Your personal data including payment information (if any) will be deleted from our servers when the process is completed.
