Delete Account Procedure
Users of WiseIngress platform and/or mobile app can go through a few simple steps to request their account and any associated data be deleted in accordance with regulations.
- Send an email to support@wiseingress.com with subject line ‘Account Deletion’ and include account details such as email address or mobile number used to create it
- Our support team may need to contact you to verify the request or get more information
- You will receive a confirmation that your account and associated data has been deleted
Your personal data including payment information (if any) will be deleted from our servers when the process is completed.
