Delete Account Procedure
Users of the WiseIngress platform and/or mobile app can follow a few simple steps to request that their account and any associated data be deleted in accordance with regulations.
- Send an email to hello@wiseingress.com with the subject line ‘Account Deletion’ and include account details such as email address or mobile number used to create it
- Our support team may need to contact you to verify the request or get more information.
- You will receive a confirmation that your account and associated data have been deleted.
When the process is completed, your personal data, including payment information (if any), will be deleted from our servers.
