Delete Account Procedure

Users of the WiseIngress platform and/or mobile app can follow a few simple steps to request that their account and any associated data be deleted in accordance with regulations.

  1. Send an email to hello@wiseingress.com with the subject line ‘Account Deletion’ and include account details such as email address or mobile number used to create it
  2. Our support team may need to contact you to verify the request or get more information.
  3. You will receive a confirmation that your account and associated data have been deleted.

When the process is completed, your personal data, including payment information (if any), will be deleted from our servers.
